• Rotor and stator winding: According to the motor power and parameters, select the suitable rotor and stator winding. Wind the copper wire according to the design requirements. Install the temperature control PCB.
•  Assembly: The assembly of brushless motor includes the assembly of rotor, stator and  motor end cover, etc. At the same time, the motor also needs to be tested to ensure the normal operation of the motor.
•  Testing: After completing the assembly of the brushless motor, a series of tests are required, including tests of voltage, current, power and other parameters, to ensure that the performance of the motor meets the requirements.
• Packaging: Once the brushless motor is manufactured, it must be properly packaged and labeled for transportation. It's important to take great care during this process to protect all motor components and prevent any damage during shipping.
